Free intake

A 45‑minute movement screen with a head coach. We map mobility, history, and goals before you load a single bar.

Foundation week

Three foundational sessions across strength, conditioning, and recovery. You learn the floor and the floor learns you.

Pick your block

Choose a 12‑week training block. Strength, hybrid, combat, or hybrid+combat. We program, you execute.

Quarterly retest

Numbers on paper. Squat, pull, sprint, mile, and conditioning benchmarks every twelve weeks.

Honest answers.

I've never lifted before. Will I keep up?

Yes. Every member starts with a free intake assessment and a foundation week. We meet you at your level, give you a plan, and progress you week by week. No prior experience needed.

What's actually included in the Unlimited membership?

Every coached class, all open gym hours (06:00–22:00 weekdays, 08:00–18:00 weekends), sauna, contrast room, towel service, locker, and member events. Quarterly retests and one guest pass per month.

Can I freeze my membership if I travel?

Yes. Members on the Unlimited and Athlete tiers can freeze for up to 8 weeks per calendar year, no questions asked. Just message us 48h in advance.

Do you have showers and changing rooms?

Six showers per side, full‑height lockers, hairdryers, towels included. The mobility room and sauna are open to all members during staffed hours.

Where exactly are you in Lisbon?

Rua do Açúcar 22, in Marvila — 12 minutes by metro from Praça do Comércio (Marvila station, line vermelha). Free parking on site for members.
